What is my story?
Before I hear your story, here’s a bit about mine.
My childhood in Russia was shaped by competitive ballroom dancing, with daily training sessions and weekend competitions. Dancing taught me perseverance and discipline, and that success is rarely individual - it is built through trust, collaboration, and shared effort. As I became more proficient, I started training younger dancers, stepping into my first coaching role. This experience was deeply rewarding and sparked a love for helping others grow, a passion that has stayed with me ever since.
While I initially dreamt of studying psychology, life led me to pursue a degree in linguistics and teaching foreign languages. Throughout university, I tutored and taught both children and adults, honing my ability to adapt to different learning styles, and apply pedagogical methods and psychological principles in my teaching.
After graduation, I moved to Germany. Adapting to a new culture and professional environment was one of the most challenging yet enriching experiences of my life.
Fast forward nearly two decades, and I’ve built a successful career in programme management, leading large cross-cultural teams and driving high-profile digital transformation initiatives. I gained extensive cross-functional experience by working across sales, professional services, and customer support. Yet, despite my corporate achievements, what always inspired me most was working with people - helping them tap into their potential, grow as leaders, and build high-performing teams.
To deepen my knowledge, I’ve spent the past eight years actively participating in practice-based psychology seminars, refining my understanding of human behaviour and personal development. At a turning point in my life, I pursued my early dream of studying psychology, earning an M.Sc. in Behavioural and Organisational Psychology with distinction. This blend of academic insights and years of hands-on experience allows me to tailor my coaching approach to the unique needs of each client.
Outside of work, I recharge through travel and diving and stay inspired by the ongoing fascination with psychology. Fluent in English, German, and Russian, I love connecting with people from diverse backgrounds and learning from their unique perspectives.
